T F 1. On a football team, the players have 5 downs to make 10 yards.

T F 2. A pyramid can only be 2 person high at high school level.

T F 3. Wearing jewelry is prohibited except religious or medical medals which shall be taped to
the body.

T F 4. Fingernails must not be visible beyond the end of the fingers when viewed from the palm
side of the hands.

T F 5. Nail polish is permitted at games and competitions.

T F 6. Cheerleaders can wear glitter.

T F 7. All members of a stunting squad must wear their hair out of their face and off their
shoulders.

T F 8. All stunts cradled must have a separate head-and-shoulder spotter.

bearing contact with the floor or ground.

flyer and the base grabbing the feet. The flyer then hops to hands by piking, then
straightening her body. This is a legal mount.

T F 20. A flyer is in a full extension and the bases are looking at each other. This is a legal stunt.
T F 21. A cheerleader is permitted to arrive 30 minutes before the start of a game in order to
cheer.

T F 22. Cheerleaders must bring all of their uniform pieces to all games.

T F 23. Cheerleaders rally on and off at all performances and introductions.

T F 24. When someone in the stands throw things at the cheerleaders or tease cheerleaders, they
are suppose to ignore them.

T F 25. A cheerleader must attend all of the last practice, in order to cheer at a game or perform
at assemblies or half times.
