ROCK THEME FOR CAMP
To unify the cheerleaders and bring some fun to camp, the cheerleaders set a theme. They dress up on fun day in costumes depicting the theme, give out treats
wrapped around it, distribute nightly newsletters with inspirational quotes using the theme, and decorate their doors and the dorm floor using the same theme.
This year it was "Oak Harbor Rocks!"

Other items included door signs made from 45 records and paper guitars that each cheerleader decorated (from Oriental Trading craft section).

Nightly newsletters to motivate for the next day
Scanned the Pop Rock Candy wrapper and changed the label to read "Oak Harbor Rocks". I used Adobe Photoshop to change the lettering and then printed and pasted over the candy label.
Gave out certificates for outstanding work to individul cheelreaders at nightly team meeting
Print paper toppers using a computer design program (Adobe Photoshop). Put candy in a sandwich bag and foldover the toppers and staple in place.
Made paper "Kiss" masks to wear on Fun Day
Each cheerleader recieved a cheer notebook that says "Oak Harbor Rocks!"
Team leaders got a decorated sticky notepad.
We also had special t-shirts designed with this logo.
