Pam Headridge has coached for over 19 years at Oak Harbor High School, winning national championships in both competition and sideline. She has been honored to receive many national awards including National Cheerleading Coach of the Year, American Cheerleader magazine’s Outstanding High School Coach of the Year in 2009, WSCCA Hall of Fame Contributor, Cheer Ltd Pinnacle of Excellence Award, PacWest Lifetime Achievement Award, National Federation of High School National Coach.

She is a nationally certified judge and has judged for over 10 years both locally and nationally. She travels the country speaking on all topics about cheerleading from motivation, leadership, stunting and coaching.

She currently writes articles for many national magazines including “The Coach”, “Sporting Kids”, “ Cheer Coaches & Advisors”, "American Cheerleader, ”Entirely Cheer”,  and “National Federation of High Schools”.  Pam has nine cheerleading training videos on the market and two books.
