We used this theme for our camp and throughout the fall season as a fun way to motivate the squad!
All the cheerleaders are required to bring binders to practice. This page was used as a cover for the notebook.

Each cheerleader had a personalized door sign for the dorm at camp.
During camp week, certificates were given each night at a team meeting to cheerleaders for the working hard, teamwork, good attitude, etc.
Each cheerleader and coach decorated a piece of a fish puzzle. At camp, they put the pieces together and hung the fish on the wall. It symbolized that in order to "Make a Splash, Make a Difference", they had to work together just like they did when they put the puzzle together. Fish puzzle from Oriental Trading.
Other decorations included signs, beach balls, mini-pool, colorful inflatable life preservers, and wave poster (from Oriental Trading)
On camp fun day, the cheerleaders dressed up in beach wear.
Also everyday at camp, I put a newsletter under their doors.
