Xtreme Leadership: Cheer Edition
This theme was used by a cheer/leadership program in WA. Everyone in attendance received plastic hard hats upon arrival. (from Oriental Trading).
The hats were used in a team bonding exercise as well *see below. The theme can be modified to use for your team like
"Building a great team one stunt at a time!"

Teams dressed up in tool belts and safety vests.
   Both coaches and cheerleaders write on the inside of their hats what they feel they bring to the team and their fellow cheerleaders/coaches write on the outside of the hats what they think each individual brought to the team. This is a great way for each person to learn their responsibilities as well as understanding that they bring many positive traits and talents to the team. This tasks shows that everyone is a valuable part of the squad.
